ISO 9001 Awareness Seminar for Managers & Supervisors

During this two to three-hour presentation and discussion, managers and supervisors will learn the ISO Standard and its requirements, benefits, associated costs and implementation process. The seminar includes: an overview of the ISO 9001 requirements and registration; guidance on the preparation of the quality managment system; and advisement in analyzing the value to your organization in meeting the requirements and completing the certification process.

Employee Awareness

Your employees must understand the quality and management system and their roles. IMC training can help. “Introduction to ISO 9001” provides a one-hour overview of requirements and roles. “What to Do When the Auditor Comes” details what is expected when interacting with internal and external auditors, raising the comfort level for the auditing process.

Current System Survey - Gap Analysis

Learn what your company must do in order to have your current system meet ISO 9001 requirements. This one to two-day audit will provide you with advisement on what will and what will not comply, a detailed report on the survey findings and a follow-up discussion with your management team on the results of the survey and recommendations.

This one-day session includes: using a process model; analyzing process performance; utilizing flowcharts and process mapping; and conducting process audits and making improvements.

ISO 9001 Quality Management System Implementation

This ongoing consulting service can help you prepare your quality management system and documentation to meet the requirements of the appropriate ISO Standard. With this service, IMC: provides guidance and recommendations throughout the entire ISO 9001 process, assists in the implementation of new and revised procedures and helps internal assessment teams evaluate the completeness of implementation.

Internal Auditor Training

IMC offers training opportunities for the ISO Internal Auditor Training. Participants will learn the how and why of ISO Internal Auditing in both lecture and workshop sessions. A mini-practice audit is included.

Pre-Assessment Audit

During this one to two-day audit, your documented quality management system will be compared to ISO 9001 requirements and any non-conformances will be reported to you. IMC will: review your internal audit results and assist with corrective action; conduct a pre-assessment audit prior to the registration audit or when the quality management system is complete; and/or, review the non-conformances and assist with corrective action from any audit.
