Candidates will train one week a month for three months in the DMAIC methodology. They will learn to apply tools like Voice of Customer, FEMA, Hypothesis Testing, Regression, Design of Experiments, Response Surface Methodology, Stakeholder Analysis and Change Management to their projects.
This LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt workshop is over a three-week period:
- March 25-29
- April 22-26
- May 20-24
Registration fee includes instruction, materials, software valued at $1,200, refreshments, and lunch. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging. MasterCard, Visa, purchase order, or authorization to bill your company are accepted for payment. Payments must be received before the class begins.
CANCELLATIONS - Registration fees cannot be refunded. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. The IMC
may cancel or postpone any course because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, IMC will refund registration fees but is not responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses, including
cancellations/change fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
