This program consists of 2 one-hour webinars that discuss new methodologies in energy management. This program will provide an overview of the new ISO 50001 international standard for energy management systems and the MSE 5021 US national standard for energy measurement and verification (an important aspect of energy management).
June 8th will focus on ISO 50001. It will concentrate on those parts of the standard that enable improved energy management. June 15th will focus on the US DOE Superior Energy Performance program and the MSE 5021 national standard requirements that are a natural outgrowth of it. Included in this discussion will be a presentation of the energy performance indicator (EnPI) tool, which enables you to better measure your energy use and consumption.
Each webinar will be presented from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. so bring your lunch and munch on your apple while EMS Consulting enlightens you on these apropos topics.
